All working spots will receive a prepped canvas with their dog's image for the Paint Your Pet craft session. A clear photograph is required to transfer the outline onto an 8" x 8" canvas. Up to three photographs can be uploaded and the best image will be used for the outline transfer.

Will you want to crate your dog inside of the facility?(Required)

All dogs will be worked individually and will require crating in between ring time. Indoor crate space will be made available for those who are unable to crate their dog out of their vehicle. Car crating is permitted if preferred.

Canine Carnival Working Pass(Required)

Single day and weekend passes are available. A working pass is for 1 handler and 1 dog to participate in the Canine Carnival. The event is strictly limited to 20 working positions and are first come, first serve – no reservations.

Canine Carnival Liability Waiver(Required)

I agree to the Canine Carnival Liability Waiver.

Acknowledgment of Risk & Assumption of Responsibility: I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participating in any Bayou Dog Sports Training Club event, including but not limited to training sessions, trials, evaluations, and other club-sponsored activities, involves inherent risks to myself, my dog(s), and any guests I bring. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Injury or illness to myself, my dog(s), or others from dog bites, scratches, or accidental contact.
- Property damage to personal belongings, equipment, or venue facilities.
- Exposure to environmental hazards, including extreme weather, wildlife, uneven terrain, and allergens.
- Unpredictable animal behavior, even in well-trained dogs, which could lead to injury.

I understand that for the safety of all participants and dogs, each dog attending the event must be up to date on vaccinations based on the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) recommendations or have a valid titer test where applicable. I affirm that my dog(s) have received core vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and adenovirus, as advised by my veterinarian. I assume full responsibility for any health-related risks associated with my dog’s participation.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—foreseeable or unforeseeable—arising from my participation in Bayou Dog Sports Training Club activities.

Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to participate in club events, I agree to:
- Waive, release, and discharge Bayou Dog Sports Training Club, its officers, board members, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or death arising from participation in club activities.
- Indemnify and hold harmless the club and its representatives from any claims, legal actions, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from my participation.
- Accept full responsibility for the behavior of my dog(s) and agree to take appropriate precautions to prevent harm to other participants, dogs, or event property.

Photo & Media Release:
I give permission for Bayou Dog Sports Training Club to use photographs, videos, or other media of me and/or my dog(s) taken at events for promotional or educational purposes.

Refunds:
I understand that I can request for a refund up to 2 weeks before a scheduled event and before a trial registration closing date. Bitches In Season (BIS) are accommodated in events but are required to follow each dog sport association’s rules for sanctioned trials.

Agreement & Signature:
I have read, understood, and voluntarily sign this General Liability Release and Waiver of Claims. I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights.

Refunds are only approved by the club Treasurer before the event closing date and for Bitches In Season (BIS) where the sport association prohibits BIS from competition.
